“To have what I want without convincing a doctor” (Women’s Health Test)
“I felt that my estradiol patch was not a high enough dose. My NP Gynecologist said she couldn't raise the dose because I had no symptoms. She only asked me if I had hot flashes which I have not. She never asked me if I had one of the other 159 symptoms of menopause. So I ordered the Women's Health test. It showed my estradiol level in the single digits. The info I have is that it should be 75-100 to feel optimal. I now have something concrete to discuss with my NP GYN.
